Boost.ai prioritises channel as key route to market in UK

Conversational AI platform Boost.ai has prioritised the channel as its “key route to market” in the UK.

The Norwegian-headquartered outfit, which was founded in 2016 and counts nine of the ten largest banks in the Nordics as customers, bills itself as “the leading conversational AI platform”.

Boost.ai already generates 70% of its new revenue in the Nordics from the channel, and is aiming to hit the same figure in the UK after recently expanding into the country.

It recently appointed London-based business consulting firm Clarasys as part of the push, as well as Vonage.

“Boost.ai has only been in the UK market for a relatively short time, but in that time, we’ve seen the huge appetite from UK businesses for conversational AI solutions,” said Boost.ai CEO Jerry Haywood.

“We want as many organisations as possible to have access to our offering, so building new partnerships, like the one we have forged with Clarasys, is critical for expanding our audience and demonstrating how our technology can transform businesses across all industries.” 

Boost.ai has snared $45m in funding in total, according to Crunchbase. Unlike other conversational AI platforms in the market, its no-code platform is straightforward to implement and can scale to meet user demands, the company claims.

Customers include Telenor, DNB, and Silvercar by Audi.
