Three channel partners have rung in the new year by unveiling fresh CEOs.
XMA, Espria and Communicate Technology have appointed Kelvin Lee, Angelo Di Ventura and Paul Bryce as their new leaders to begin 2026, respectively.
And this is not to even mention SCC’s appointment of Russell Brown as its new UK CEO (news IT Channel Oxygen got to before Christmas).
Lee to lead XMA

XMA has kicked off 2026 with a bang by announcing Lee as its new CEO, alongside an HQ move.
Previously its CRO, Lee joined the £540m-revenue reseller from Crown Commercial Service in 2017. He replaces Lee Hemani in the hotseat.
Lee’s promotion comes following XMA’s decision to move its HQ from St Albans to Reading, and the opening of a new Glasgow sales office.
Di Ventura in Espria driving seat
In a LinkedIn post yesterday, former Trustmarque and MTI boss Angelo Di Ventura confirmed he has joined £36m-revenue MSP as its big cheese, meanwhile.
Connection Capital-backed Espria is built on the 2022 union of managed print outfit Mode Solutions and MSP EACS.
Di Ventura is its third CEO inside two years.
“I’m delighted to be joining Espria as CEO. Looking forward to working with colleagues, customers and partners as we shape the next chapter of the business together,” Di Ventura stated in a LinkedIn post.
Bryce the bigwig at Communicate

Communicate’s appointment of former Node4 exec Bryce comes came as it unveiled 102% year on year growth.
Having scored investment from private-equity house Rockpool in 2024, the £17m-revenue Teeside-based cybersecurity and IT network solutions provider last year acquired Blaze Networks.
Bryce helped scale Node4 into a 1,100-employee, £190m-revenue business, Communicate claimed.
“Paul joins us at a pivotal moment in our evolution, and his significant track record of successfully leading organisations through high-growth phases gives us complete confidence he will steer the business smoothly into our next chapter,” stated transitioning group CEO and founder of Communicate Tony Snaith, who will remain on the board as a non-executive director.
