A former Microsoft exec has joined the top table of “Microsoft-first’ partner mhance following its private-equity sale.
Coming hot on the heels of its appointment of a new CEO in January, mhance has enlisted 15-year Microsoft veteran Andy Cowdrill as its CRO.
Cowdrill’s CV also includes stints at Microsoft partners including Pythagoras and Ciber.
With a heritage serving the not-for-profit sector, London-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 specialist mhance turned over £13.1m in calendar 2024.
It was acquired by SilverTree Equity last September.
mhance has tasked Cowdrill with accelerating growth in its core verticals while “expanding into adjacent markets, both organically and through M&A”.
Key industries in its cross hairs include distribution and construction.
Chris Allan, who came on board as CEO in January, called Cowdrill’s appointment “another significant building block in our strategy to evolve mhance into a scalable, high-growth leader within the Microsoft ecosystem”.
“Andy’s deep understanding of the Microsoft landscape and his proven ability to build high-performing teams make him the ideal leader to drive our next phase of growth,” he said.
“As we continue to position mhance as a Microsoft-first, AI-enabled partner, his leadership will be critical in connecting our technology capabilities to the tangible business outcomes our customers expect.”
