mhance has swooped on a 100-employee Microsoft partner known for its Copilot prowess as part of a double acquisition move.
The “Microsoft-first” partner, which holds all six Microsoft Solutions Partner designations, today announced it has snapped up Reading-based CPS, alongside smaller Business Central specialist City Dynamics.
The double deal comes 13 months after mhance welcomed in Silvertree as its new private equity backer, and six months after it completed a CEO and CRO rejig.
Reading-based CPS has built “one of the strongest Copilot and agent practices in the Microsoft ecosystem”, mhance CEO Chris Allan claimed.
It claims to serve around 250 customers, including Kent County Council, Capita and The Law Society.
Former CEO Stephen Adams will join the mhance A-team as Chief Integration Officer.
Moorgate, London-based City Dynamics boasts “deep expertise in financial services and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central”, meanwhile, according to Allan.
Manchester-based m-hance, which counts charities and non-profits among its core verticals, saw revenue rise 4% to £15.9m in calendar 2025.
The double swoop boosts mhance’s headcount to around 180, while broadening its reach across the public, financial and professional services sectors, the firm told us.
“Combined with mhance’s existing Dynamics 365 capabilities, these businesses enable us to support customers from their core systems through to measurable AI outcomes within one Microsoft-focused group,” Allan stated.
