The channel will next week “come together and prepare for what’s next” at ChannelCon EMEA.
Held at Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge on 9 and 10 November, the Global Technology Industry Association’s (GTIA) European event is designed to equip MSPs with actionable strategies and independent research to help them thrive in the AI era.
You can register for the event here.
A vendor-neutral, nonprofit membership community, GTIA represents hundreds of thousands of professionals from nearly 4,000 ITSPs, vendors, distributors and other companies serving the IT channel. With The ASCII Group now part of GTIA, the association’s community continues to grow.
Building on the success of last year’s inaugural ChannelCon EMEA, this year’s event will offer two expert-led education tracks across two days:
- Channel Insights: GTIA member experts will discuss business-building tactics and IT workforce strategies, alongside exclusive content based on GTIA proprietary research.
- Technology Trends: These sessions cover the latest AI trends and how to identify – and respond proactively – to new cyber threats.
It will also feature a closing keynote with Graham Norton and a business keynote from entrepreneur, author and business strategist Daniel Priestley (see full agenda here).
According to the 2026 GTIA State of the Channel report, 37% of MSPs expect AI services to become a major revenue driver within two years, yet most MSPs are still struggling to monetise them.
“The technology channel is entering one of the most transformative periods in its history,” said GTIA CEO Dan Wensley.
“AI is changing how businesses operate, cybersecurity threats continue to evolve, and customers are demanding greater value from their technology partners.
“There has never been a more important time for the industry to come together, learn from one another and prepare for what’s next.”
