Recurring revenues fell from 78% to 75% of the total.
The Macquarie-backed Microsoft and Dell partner has made at least another three acquisitions since year end, including a £33.3m purchase of an unnamed Poole-based cyber specialist.

Zenzero has a policy of not immediately disclosing the identity of its acquisitions, labelling its post year-end conquests simply ‘Acquisition A’, ‘Acquisition B’ and ‘Acquisition C’.
