What do resellers really want from their distributors in 2025?

We are proud to bring you the findings of research into this very topic by our partners at ResourceiT, to accompany the launch of our 50 Must-Know UK IT Distributors 2024 feature.

Download the research here

Some 60% of resellers have no marketing plans for the coming year, the report found.

And 42% don’t know whether their distributor offers training, meanwhile.

Based on research across 30 UK IT resellers, the report reveals several critical insights that can help distributors better align their strategies with reseller needs.

Tory Simpson, Managing Director at ResourceiT (pictured top), said:

“Working with distribution is our favourite thing to do at ResourceiT. We’re uniquely placed as a 3rd party marketing agency that knows distribution, vendors and partners so very well to be able to get real, unfiltered insights from resellers and MSPs on what they really think and need from distribution.

“This report gives real insight into what resellers need from you, help you stand above the competition, and build better, longer-term, more fruitful partnerships with your channel.”

You can download the report for free below (brief registration required).
