Celerity has become the latest Gold sponsor of the inaugural Oxygen Awards.
The IBM partner joins headline sponsor Nebula Global Services and Gold sponsors QBS Software, KOcycle, Distology and AvePoint in backing the awards, which are for the entire UK IT channel.
The deadline for the inaugural Oxygen Awards – which are completely free to enter and attend – is 9 October.
Manchester-based Celerity is sponsoring the Grow Your Own category, which celebrates those companies going furthest in their efforts to attract and nurture fresh talent – whether that’s graduates/apprentices or those joining from other sectors.

Celerity HR Director Nicky Dickinson said:
At Celerity, we are passionate about developing talent and creating opportunities for people to grow their careers from within.
As strong advocates of Early Careers and internal development, we invest in programmes that empower individuals to build their skills, realise their potential and achieve their career ambitions. This commitment is demonstrated through initiatives including apprenticeships, work experience placements, university internships and our new Technical and Commercial Graduate Scheme launching in 2027.
We have been fortunate to welcome some exceptional talent through these programmes, many of whom have become key contributors to our success while bringing fresh perspectives and energy to our culture. Through opportunities such as our Women in Tech network and a range of technical and professional development initiatives, we provide the support, exposure and connections people need to thrive.
The Grow Your Own category aligns perfectly with our belief that investing in people creates long-term value for individuals, organisations and the wider industry.
