“I am hoping that regulation will force all MSPs to operate to a minimum standard, and in doing so charge for services appropriately. There are too many ‘back-bedroom’ MSP businesses delivering a reactive service that SME Britain value whilst being blissfully unaware of their exposure. I would like to see regulation forcing change in this area.”
