Wendy Shearer has revealed her top three partner programme learnings and how she applied them to building Pulsant’s partner programme from scratch.

In episode 2 of this special IT Channel Oxygen podcast, Shearer sets out the opportunities for MSPs to work with the digital infrastructure provider following its decision to focus on its core digital infrastructure business.

Shearer said that Pulsant’s partner programme was informed by the learnings she witnessed during her time as a leader at Trustmarque and Computacenter.

“In my career, I’ve work with lots of different partner programmes, so I thought about the things [vendors] didn’t do that were frustrating,” she said.

“They’re tough lessons learned over 25 years,” Shearer said.

In the next episode, we’ll be talking to Shearer about one of the biggest buzz phrases of 2025 in the shape of sovereign cloud.
