Which vendor behaviour or trait do you love the most, and want to see more of?

A vendor really taking the time to understand our business and customer verticals – as well as accepting that we will present the best technology option to meet the specific customer’s needs. This breeds trust between Phoenix and our customers, and the vendors knows when we do present their technology we are not using them to benchmark.

What do they do that irritates or frustrates you?

First past the post deal registration models. They drive unqualified, land grab behaviours.
