Which vendor behaviour or trait do you love the most, and want to see more of?
Vendors, particularly when looking to communicate with senior partner leaders, need to bring something to the table which is not just informaton about their products and services. The best vendors arrange events and access to opinion leaders in both the technology world but also in the business landscape. Any vendor events that educate partner leaders around how to run their business better from a vendor-neutral standpoint are gold dust.
What do they do that irritates or frustrates you?
Stop constantly re-organising teams. Whilst we understand the need to freshen organisation structures up now and then, there is nothing more annoying than building a relationship with a number of individuals only to be told they no longer deal with you because the vendor business/coverage model has changed.
