XMA CEO Kelvin Lee is leaving the £540m-revenue VAR, we understand.
Lee was promoted from COO to lead XMA in January, having joined it from government agency Crown Commercial Service in 2017.
Although both XMA and Lee declined to comment, a source close to the company confirmed the news.
This appears to be backed up by the leadership page of XMA’s website, which introduces founder Lee Hemani as its CEO and does not feature Lee.

XMA capped off a busy couple of years by moving its HQ from St Albans to Reading in January.
Its calendar 2024 revenues powered up 60% to £539.7m, enough to rank it 7th in Oxygen 250 2026.
Apple reseller GBM, which XMA acquired in January 2024, contributed £229m to the top line, with July 2024 acquisition Datapac weighing in an additional £17.6m.
Revenues for the first eight months of calendar 2025 “have exceeded budget as well as prior year performance”, XMA stated in 2024 accounts filed in February.
“This indicates that the market is starting to pick up again as customers are revisiting their overall IT strategies,” it added.
According to XMA’s website, Hemani joined XMA in 2010 following its acquisition of his Direct IT business. XMA was originally founded in 1982.
When contacted by IT Channel Oxygen, Lee declined to comment.
