Work ethic and desire to learn can be just as desirable as accreditations, Matzk counselled.
“It’s not a pond, it’s a puddle, unfortunately. If you keep doing the same things, you’re going to keep getting the same result – so how can you branch out and widen your net a little bit further?” she said.
