1. Softcat

G-Cloud sales in 2026: £30m (ranking: 2nd)

Total G-Cloud sales: £279.22m (ranking: 6th)

This feline-monikered VAR’s G-Cloud sales are really purring, with only AWS selling more through the cloudy framework so far this year.

The UK’s largest VAR (according to Oxygen 250 2026) has drummed up £30m of G-Cloud business in 2026, and £279.22m in total.

NHS England is by far Softcat’s largest G-Cloud customer, spending £77.28m with the VAR.

Some 79% of Softcat’s G-Cloud sales to date have been to central government.

Fun fact

Softcat once mooted the idea of rebranding to “Softdog” (for a 2020 April Fool’s joke).
