5. ANS

Richard Thompson, ANS
Richard Thompson, ANS CEO

G-Cloud sales in 2026: £7.45m (ranking: 31st)

Total G-Cloud sales: £52.96m (ranking: 75th)

This Manchester-based Microsoft partner owes its G-Cloud success to an unusual quirk.

While most IT suppliers have used the framework primarily to target central government, ANS has in contrast built a loyal G-Cloud following among local government organisations, NHS trusts, schools and non-profits.

Local government has generated 35% of its 2026 G-Cloud sales to date, with healthcare chipping in 20% (and central government just 18%).

Employing over 750 staff and ranking 35th in Oxygen 250 2026, ANS counts Sheffield City Council and East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust among its larger G-Cloud customers.

Fun fact

ANS operates a six-week “working from anywhere” policy.

Four more VAR/MSPs have sold more via G-Cloud in 2026. See next page for more…
