Which vendor behaviours or traits do you love the most, and want to see more of?

A vendor who engages and works collaboratively with us to get to a common goal, properly understanding the requirements and the client’s agenda. More straight forwardly, a vendor who has clear and reliable methods of engagement and clear articulation of their offering.

We also hate it when a vendor changes their products offering/account management/commercials too regularly. Businesses need some form of continuity to be able to get results.
