Which vendor behaviour or trait do you love the most, and want to see more of?

Vendors that genuinely invest in their partners’ success. The best vendors understand that it’s a two-way street, and they actively support partners with things like clear communication, sensible deal registration processes, and meaningful marketing support. The ones that stand out make it easy to work with them, align with partners on long-term goals, and avoid the “us versus them” mentality.

What do they do that irritates or frustrates you?

Moving the goalposts. There’s nothing more frustrating than building a strategy around a partner programme, hitting all the targets, only for the vendor to shift the criteria, change the margins, or introduce new hoops to jump through with little notice. It makes it impossible to plan effectively and erodes trust.
