The London-based MSP is among the larger firms in our sector to have passed B Corp muster, boasting fiscal 2025 revenues of £20.4m.
Becoming part of the B Corp community has been one of the biggest benefits of certification, Henriksen said, adding that “there’s a real sense that B Corps are naturally drawn to work with each other”.
Q&A with OryxAlign CEO Carl Henriksen

B Corp is perhaps best associated with consumer goods brands. Does it really make sense for an MSP or IT solutions provider to have it?
Absolutely. B Corp is about using business as a force for good, and that’s relevant in every industry. MSPs and IT providers have a growing environmental impact, particularly with the rise of AI, but it’s also about people. Every business depends on attracting and keeping great talent. For us, becoming a B Corp reflects who we are as a business, helps drive positive change, and has resonated strongly with both our team and our clients.
What’s the main benefit of becoming a B Corp?
One of the biggest benefits has been becoming part of the B Corp community. There’s a real sense that B Corps are naturally drawn to work with each other because of our shared values and mindset, and that creates opportunities to collaborate and support one another. It’s also given us valuable insight into where we can keep improving and how we can create a more positive impact across our people, clients and the environment. The whole process has been a great learning experience and continues to push us to do better.
What was the hardest aspect of becoming a B Corp?
The certification process itself was the hardest part. It’s thorough and looks at every area of the business, so it requires real buy-in from stakeholders across the company. That can be challenging when the value isn’t always immediately measurable in purely financial terms. But since becoming certified, we’ve seen the return in lots of ways, from new partnerships and attracting great talent, to creating a stronger focus on how we continue to make a positive impact as a business.
